Boat throttle lever

This is the throttle/gear shift on the boat that is used for the practical.  Notice the white and green tapes; they indicate the point where the boat is in gear and at idle speed.  There is also a black knob at the base of the handle that is most important.  When it is depressed, it disengages the gears and allows the driver to test the engine rpm.  During the warm up you will need to depress this button.
